Welcome to Wavelash Beach Resort, located at Gorai Beach, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests, staff, and the resort property, we have established the following Rules and Regulations. By making a reservation, checking in, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these rules. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges, eviction from the premises, or other actions as deemed necessary by the resort management, without refund.


1. General Conduct


1.1 Respectful Behavior: Guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and resort property with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or offensive behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, or vandalism, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.


1.2 Compliance with Laws: All guests must comply with applicable Indian laws and local regulations. Illegal activities, including the use or possession of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden on resort premises.


1.3 Supervision of Minors: Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in common areas such as the swimming pool, restaurant, and garden.


1.4 No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, the restaurant, and other enclosed spaces. Designated smoking areas are available. Violation may incur a cleaning fee of [INR XXXX].


1.5 Prohibited Items: Weapons, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited on resort premises.


2. Guest Room Policies


2.1 Occupancy Limits: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit as specified during booking. Additional guests beyond this limit are not permitted without prior approval and may incur extra charges of [INR XXXX per person per night].

3.3 Check-In Requirements: Guests must provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar, passport, or driver’s license) at check-in, as required by Indian law. Failure to provide identification may result in denial of check-in without refund.


3.4 Check-In/Check-Out Times:

4. Swimming Pool Regulations

4.2 Safety Rules:No diving or running around the pool area.Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.Appropriate swimwear is required; street clothes or inappropriate attire are not permitted.Glassware, food, or alcohol are not allowed in the pool area to prevent contamination and ensure safety.


4.3 Health and Hygiene: Guests must shower before entering the pool. Individuals with contagious conditions or open wounds are not permitted to use the pool.


4.4 Liability: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Wavelash Beach Resort is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from non-compliance with pool rules, except where legally responsible.


5. Restaurant Policies


5.1 Operating Hours: The restaurant operates from [7:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST] for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with specific hours for à la carte or buffet services as communicated.


5.2 Reservations: Table reservations are recommended, especially during peak times. Priority is given to in-house guests.


5.3 Dress Code: A smart-casual dress code is enforced in the restaurant. Beachwear, slippers, or overly casual attire is not permitted.


5.4 Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food or beverages are not allowed in the restaurant, except for special dietary needs with prior approval from management.


5.5 Allergies and Dietary Preferences: Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements (e.g., halal, vegetarian) at the time of ordering. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.


5.6 Billing: Restaurant charges for in-house guests may be added to the room bill unless otherwise requested. Payment must be settled before check-out.


6. Property and Facility Use


6.1 Common Areas: The garden, terrace, and other common areas are for shared use. Guests must refrain from littering, damaging plants, or engaging in disruptive activities.


6.2 Event Spaces: Use of banquet halls or event spaces requires prior booking and compliance with specific terms provided at the time of reservation.


6.3 Parking: Free private parking is available for guests, subject to availability. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and the resort is not liable for damage or theft, except in cases of gross negligence.


6.4 Wi-Fi Usage: Free Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. Accessing illegal or inappropriate content is prohibited and may result in suspension of access.


7. Safety and Security


7.1 Emergency Procedures: Guests must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures, as displayed in rooms and common areas. In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions.


7.2 CCTV Surveillance: For safety, CCTV is in operation in public areas. Footage is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (#).


7.3 Valuables: Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or the front desk safe deposit service for valuables. The resort is not responsible for unsecured items.


8. Liability and Damages


8.1 Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property, including rooms, facilities, or common areas. Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed to the guest’s account.


8.2 Limited Liability: Wavelash Beach Resort is not liable for:Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, unless caused by our gross negligence.Injuries or accidents resulting from non-compliance with these rules or negligence by the guest.Disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).


9. Termination of Stay


We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay or deny access to facilities for:Violation of these Rules and Regulations.Non-payment of charges or outstanding bills.Engaging in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.


10. Force Majeure


Wavelash Beach Resort is not liable for failure to provide services or facilities due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility failures.
